The Challenge & Research
Saikat Ghosh Design Associates (SGDA), a premier architectural firm known for delivering high-precision visual solutions across India, needed a refined visual identity that matched their architectural philosophy. Their existing brand presence lacked the sleek, minimalist elegance that defines their physical structures. The challenge was to distill a robust, large-scale architectural vision into a highly versatile, minimalist logo and business card. To add to the complexity, the firm required a complete, premium visual overhaul within an incredibly compressed 2-day timeline, leaving zero room for error or trial.
We began by dissecting SGDA’s core values—precision, structural clarity, and elegance. By analyzing contemporary architectural branding patterns and studying how the identity would perform in both digital spaces and physical touchpoints (like premium business cards), we established a clear direction: a clean, geometric aesthetic that speaks the language of modern architecture.
The Redesign & Results
With a strategy in place, we restructured the platform’s information hierarchy to make workflows more intuitive and logical. Contextual UI patterns replaced generic layouts, while a cleaner, scalable design system brought visual consistency across the entire product. Using Framer, we built interactive prototypes to validate improvements early, ensuring user feedback shaped the final experience.
We partnered closely with Atlas Technologies’ engineering team to streamline handoff, maintain design fidelity, and ensure performance optimization. The impact was measurable: task completion speed increased by 40%, user engagement jumped 45%, and time-to-value for new users dropped significantly. The new CRM not only looked modern—it worked smarter, helping Atlas position itself as a market leader once again.

"We needed a premium visual identity that reflected our architectural precision, and we needed it fast. The team stepped up, understood our vision instantly, and delivered a brilliant, minimalist design within a razor-thin timeline. The execution was flawless."
